2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Sachiwalya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, allegedly, informant has purchased a three wheeler from one accused Dablu Kumar fow which he has paid Rs. 1,40,000/-. It is further alleged that after receiving the amount, neither he has handed over the three wheeler nor he picked up his call. Allegedly, accused Dablu Kumar in connivance with the petitioner created forged identity and forged sale letter of three wheeler and by this way, they cheated the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is languishing in judicial custody since 11.09.2024.

5. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during course of investigation it has come that Rs. 1,20,000/- was transferred in mobile number of the petitioner by the informant, to which he is ready to return after his release in six monthly installments.

6. As per submission made on behalf of the petitioner, he is ready to make entire payment in six equal installments, each of Rs. 20,000/-, to the informant commencing from April, 2025.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna in connection with Sachiwalya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 subject to condition that at the time of filing bail bond, petitioner will produce the first deposit receipt of Rs. 20,000/- to the informant's account.

8. Trial Court is directed to confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner after verifying the six deposit receipts of payment of the entire amount i.e. Rs. 1,20,000/- (Rs. One lac and twenty thousand) by the petitioner to the informant.

9. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed off.
