JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of 'mandamus' directing and commanding the respondents to correct the applicability/implementation of the State Government Education Department notification bearing Memo No. 970 dated 31.08.2013 (Annexure-'4') in terms with the State Government notification bearing no./ 1400 dated 13.09.2013 (Annexure '5') with regard to fixation of scale of pay in terms of Condition No. 4(ka) of the said notification as were given to the petitioner and
Patna High Court CWJC No.7322 of 2015(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 others earlier in compliance with the State Government Education Department notification bearing letter no. 1007 dated 17.05.1995, notification no. 1124 dated 02.12.1980 and notification no. 1152 dated 26.12.1980 as contained in Annexures '1, 2, 3 & 5' respectively of this writ application."
The petitioner is granted liberty to seek redressal of his aforesaid grievances by approaching the respondent authorities.
