Heard Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 dated 02.12.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was the informant of this case but during the course of investigation, because of his having falsely lodged

this case in order to appropriate the money and the materials, he was made an accused.

He is in custody since 04.12.2019 and does not have criminal antecedents.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019.
