directing and commanding the respondents to correct the applicability/ implementation of the State Government Education Department notification bearing memo no.970 dated 31.08.2013 (Annexure '4') in terms with the State Government notification bearing memo no.1400 dated 13.09.2013 (Annexure '5') with regard to fixation of scale of pay in terms of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7271 of 2015(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 Condition No.4 (Ka) of the said notification as were given to the petitioner and others earlier in compliance with the State Government Education Department notification bearing letter no.1007 dated 17.05.1975, notification no.1124 dated 02.12.1980 and notification no.1152 dated 26.12.1980 as contained in Annexures '1, 2, 3 & 5' respectively of this writ application.
(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/order/direction for which the Petitioner is found to be entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the case."
This Court feels that in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may approach the Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. The writ petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
