The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2017 in connection with Gogri (Paura) P.S. Case No.177 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, it appears that the case has now been compromised and it is more in the nature of family dispute.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of
