Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the victim and Bir Singh @ Manish Singh were in love and victim eloped with Bir Singh @ Manish Singh as the informant himself in the FIR alleges that he was calling her back but she started fleeing with Bir Singh @ Manish Singh. It is further submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have taken Bir Singh @ Manish Singh and the victim to Ara Railway Station. It is next submitted that the victim has returned and her statement was

No.15700 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she had disclosed about this petitioner that he only took them to Ara Railway Station, as such, learned counsel submits that at best it is a case where the petitioner being the friend of Bir Singh @ Manish Singh just helped him. It is also submitted that from bare perusal of the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it would manifest that the victim has not stated anything against the petitioner except what has been stated as aforesaid.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 593 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
