Permission is granted.

This application with regard to the petitioner no.6 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Now, it is being heard for consideration of anticipatory bail as against the rest of the petitioner nos.1 to 5. The petitioner nos.1 to 5 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 325/ 307/ 379/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation leveled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. In the alleged occurrence, both sides have sustained injuries and there is a case and counter-case between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
