Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Semra PS Case No.33 of 2018, registered under Sections 302, 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the daughter of the informant married with Ram Balak Chaudhary was killed on account of non-fulfillment of dowry and dead body was disposed of. It is submitted that petitioner is not the family member of the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is a covillager and there is no allegation against him of making any demand of dowry.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ajay Chaudhary @ Ajai Chaudhry is
