JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Siwan and the Superintendent of Police, Siwan for providing protection to the petitioner including his life and personal liberty, considering the fact that threat is being meted out to him by unsocial elements, who are trying to grab his land situated in khata no. 636 and survey no. 1674 at Chitragupta Nagar, Siwan. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be approaching the learned District Magistrate, Siwan and the

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan and the Superintendent of Police, Siwan by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today regarding his grievances whereupon the same shall be disposed of by a speaking and a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
