2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

3. According to F.I.R., 14 bags of subsidized food have been recovered from tempo of which this petitioner is owner.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he is owner of the tempo in question. He next submits that without any instruction or his knowledge, the driver of the tempo loaded the aforesaid assignment and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.18344 of 2024(3) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.
