Case No.587 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504,34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant with kulhari causing cut injury on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.Injury report also falsifies the prosecution case as the injuries are said to be simple in nature. He has no criminal antecedent.
