Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code, u/s 27 of Arms Act and u/s 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 29.11.2021 at 11.30 in the night, these petitioners along with five other named accused persons along with some unknown persons came to the house of informant and threw bomb and also made indiscriminate firing. However, no one sustained any injury.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15835 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioners are in custody since 03.01.2022 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur PS case No. 381/2021.
