JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,325,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the father of the informant when the informant and his mother and sister went to rescue, they were assaulted by Nago, Tiro and the petitioner. It is specifically alleged that due to assault made by the petitioner the pregnancy of the sister of the informant got terminated. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner and co accused has been granted bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22260 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 194 of 2014 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Jamui. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
