The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No.70 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased and was living separately from his son. It is submitted that the husband of the deceased has already surrendered in connection with the present case. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 11.04.2018 as his name has been only involved because he happens to be the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32061 of 2018 (2) dt.11-06-2018 father-in-law.

Learned APP for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and the husband has already surrendered in connection with the present case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No.70 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
