JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application to enable the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail before the court below. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail then the court below would be required to proceed and take a decision in the matter on its own merit and in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
