The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case no. 311 (C) of 2007, registered under Sections 498, 494, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torturing of the complainant by her husband Arjun Singh due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also having illicit relation by Arjun Singh with this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the complaint petition that petitioner is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31170 of 2018(2) dt.11-06-2018 2/2 a family member of husband of the complainant rather the allegation has been made that husband of the complainant has illicit relation with this petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 311 (C) of 2007, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
