The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahua P.S. Case No. 636 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 32(ii), 34(ii), 38(ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

50 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house and motorcycle of the petitioner.

In view of the fact that liquor has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
