JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 178 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 1456 litres of foreign liquor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 14.07.2017.
