Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

It is alleged that one person exploded five explosives but due to dense smoke of explosion informant could not identify the miscreants. The daughter of the informant received injury on her face. The First Information Report was registered against one unknown whereas the name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of the co-accused Alok Tiwari.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that First Information Report was registered against one unknown and maliciously on the confession of the coaccused the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

No.22348 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 282 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
