JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. case no. 101 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153 (A), 295(A), 379(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in connection with Ram Navmi procession, the present case has been registered against 137 named accused persons and the name of the petitioner figured at serial no.135. Learned counsel further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32793 of 2018 (2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 this Court, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. case no. 101 of 2018.
