The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015, for the offences registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is named in the First Information Report but he is not said to have committed any overt act.

Having examined the injury report and also the materials which has come in the case diary, I am not inclined to
