The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.6.2017 and have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. One country made pistol is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
