JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of POCSO Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with a view to marry her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim has been examined under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. She has denied the allegations made in the F.I.R.
