JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard the parties.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chautham P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, is in possession of the case diary of the concerned Chautham P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017, which the petitioners must have obtained fraudulently, through illegal means.

In such circumstance, the petitioners, above named, do not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail,

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
