Patna High Court L.P.A No.182 of 2020 dt.21-02-2023 2/3 The appellants are aggrieved by the order dated 07.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWJC No. 21568 of 2019 whereby the claim of the appellant for being appointed as Kisan Salahkar against a panel which was prepared in the year 2012 has been rejected. It appears from the order impugned that after the panel of 2012 lapsed in the year 2013, two other persons however were appointed from the said panel.

Mr. Jha has contended that those two persons were appointed on the basis of decisions of the courts of law holding the panel of 2012 to be live.

The learned Single Judge however, on the ground that there was no averment in the writ petition that persons who are appointed from 2012 panel were junior to the petitioners, rejected their claim. The further refrain of the learned Single Judge was that no direction could be issued for engagement of any person as Kisan Salahkar from amongst the panel prepared in the year 2012 which had its life only till 2013.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.182 of 2020 dt.21-02-2023 3/3 We have no reasons to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

The appeal is misconceived and is dismissed.
