27-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Amas P.S. Case No.167 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 394/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Amarjit Kumar Thathera. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 22.08.2020.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has been identified by the informant during T.I.Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that petitioner has been identified by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26131 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2021 2/2 informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is, accordingly, rejected.
