The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against this petitioner is of committing murder of his elder daughter by wrapping Dupatta in her neck.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant, who is none else but wife of this petitioner and informant is in litigating term with this petitioner. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide due to failure in Matriculation examination. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16064 of 2022(2) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 petition and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and in the F.I.R., there is specific allegation that he committed the murder of elder daughter of informant, who is none else but wife of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and same is, accordingly, rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
