Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that son of the informant went to village Morkahi in the house of Vijendra Prasad Yadav on the occasion of mundan ceremony. Subsequently his dead body was recovered when suspicion was raised against unknown. It appears from the impugned order that involvement of the petitioner has been surfaced.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner and the petitioner has been charge-sheeted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23148 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Let learned Court below consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
