JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 A bare perusal of paragraph no. 9 of the present writ petition would show that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal bearing Appeal No. 123 of 2014-15, however, the parties are not in a position to inform this Court as to whether the same has been disposed off or not.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to direct the appellate authority to dispose off the aforesaid Appeal No. 123 of 2014-15, in case the same has not already stood disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.
