Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria (Mahila) P. S. case no. 53/2014 registered under section 370A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections Sessions trial no. 91/2012 4, 5, 6, 9 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act and 4/ 6 of the POSCO Act. The informant, specifically, stated that she was forced into flesh trade by FIR named accused Umeda Khatoon and Chhotu Alam @ Sahnawaz Alam. Furthermore, informant stated that when police raided the house of the aforesaid FIR named accused Umeda Khatoon, said Umeda Khatoon kept her in the house of this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
