The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Katoriya P.S.Case No. 147 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the Indian penal Code.

It is contended that except confessional statement made by the petitioner before the police, there is no other material, neither there is recovery of any looted money nor he was put on T.I.P. and he has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated another co-accused Raju Das has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13496 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Monu Vernwal, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with S.T. No. 107 of 2018 arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
