The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to accept the petitioner's joining in the light of the appointment letter dated 16.07.2017 on the post of Anganbari Sevika in the District of Kaimur for Block-Aghaura, Ward No. 3 under Panchayat Chainpur, who was selected in the year 2017.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that this matter was traveled upto District Magistrate, Anganwari Appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.5060 of 2020(4) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 No. 07 of 2018 in which a clear cut order has been passed and it has been categorically stated that the District Programme Officer has not authority to issue appointment letter directly.

4. As such, this writ petition is disposed off directing the authorities to comply the order passed on Anganwari Appeal No. 07 of 2018 within 90 days.

5. It is made clear that the said 90 days shall be counted after the end of Lok Sabha Election (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
