JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections30(A)/32(C)/38(D) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that foreign liquor has been recovered from Gumti of the petitioner.

The copy of seizure list is enclosed with the written report, which does not bear the signature either of the petitioner or any of his family members. It has been mentioned at paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent. Therefore, looking into clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40639 of 2017 (2) dt.29-08-2017 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Suryagarha P.S.
