Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20(b)(ii)B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

About 4 Kg. of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2017.

Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after four months from today if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32716 of 2018 (2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017 arising out of Ramgarhwa Police Station Case No. 252 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
