Mr. Apurva Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). Increment amount in salary dues from 16.6.92 to 31.8.97.

(ii). Out of 203% dearness allowance 13% dues for July 1998 till today.

(iii). 10% Interim assistance amount dues from April 1998 to November 2002.

(iv). Dues dearness allowance from July 2001 to April 2002.

(v). On the basis of Pay Revision of 3350 dues amount was paid but amount has not been paid according to amended pay revision.

(vi). Increment in salary from June 2000 to November 2000 is dues.

(vii). Dues Amount of First A.C.P. from 17.06.2000 to 28.02.2006 has not been paid

(viii). 34 days salary of strike period from January 2009 to February 2009 has not been paid as well as difference salary of rest days.

(ix). Dues salary of strike period of August and September 2010.

(x). Out of five installments of 6th Pay Revision two installments has been paid three installments are dues.

(xi). Amount of increment in salary from July to October, 2012 has not been paid.

(xii). Dues amount of increment in salary of July 2009.

(xiii). 5 days salary dues in the year, 2014, from 9.3.2014 to 11.3.2014 and 19.3.2014 to 20.3.2014.

(xiv). Out of 7 1⁄2 % on house allowance 2 1⁄2% has not been paid from August to December, 2009."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
