JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner on the basis of forged nursing certificate got employed as ANM in Primary Health Centre, Bhitti.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner still insists that the nursing certificate is genuine one though the petitioner has now been put under suspension. Considering the fact that finality with regard to the genuineness of the alleged certificate has not been arrived at and the petitioner who is lady is being proceeded against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13491 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 departmentally, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniapur P.S. Case No. 296 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
