The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hathuwa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the daughter of the informant being done to death on the ground of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been alleged that the deceased victim lady was cremated in the night without any information to the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and the father-in-law has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.No.14019 of 2018. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30869 of 2018 (2) dt.23-05-2018 2/2 languishing in custody since 20.04.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathuwa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017.
