JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda for filing an appropriate petition for execution of the order dated 5.10.2016 passed in Appeal No. 189 of 2011.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is further directed that in case the petitioner files appropriate petition for execution of the aforesaid order dated
