During course of patrolling two persons, namely, Aditya Kumar and Krishna Murari were apprehended while his associate whom they identified as Naimat @ Sonu (petitioner) managed to succeed. During course of search, from the possession of Aditya Kumar loaded pistol alongwith other articles while from the possession of Krishna Murari two live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is under custody since 17.1.2020 having clean antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, the petitioner Naimat @ Sonu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 616/2018.
