JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 368 of 2017 for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 42 liters liquor. Learned counsel further submitted that other co-accused namely Pintu Kumar has been granted bail by another co-ordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 853 of 2018 vide order dated 18.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41137 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 368 of 2017.
