2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai (Respondent No.

2) to consider the representation dated 31.12.201, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the the competent authority in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from today.

4. In the event such representation is filed within the stipulated time, the competent authority shall dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties,
