2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an application before Circle Officer, Kochas, Rohtas for measurement and demarcation of the purchased land but till date no action has taken place.

3. Counsel for the State submits that this matter is of 2015 and the petitioner may be directed for file a fresh application of measurement with the cost of measurement.

4. In this background, petitioner is directed to file a fresh application before the Circle Officer Kochas, Rohtas with

Patna High Court CWJC No. 7579 of 2015(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 the cost of measurement, within four weeks from today and Circle Officer Kochas, Rohtas is directed to complete the measurement in accordance with law, within four months thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
