2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017 in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the so-called victim girl was aged about 19 years and was willingly residing with the petitioner at the time she was recovered from his house.

4. Learned APP on the other hand submits on the basis of para 70 of the case diary containing the details of the victim's deposition under Section 164 Cr. P.C., wherein she has specifically named the petitioner and made specific allegations against him.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of
