KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in Kotwali (Basudeopur) P.S. Case No.93 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 353, 307, 393, 224 and 225 of the I.P.C. Informant is the Sub Inspector of Police who in his written complaint has stated that on 18.3.2018 he had received confidential information that one Madan Sahani was in fully drunken state and creating nuisance on the road and when police reached and apprehended him, the petitioner started hurling abuse and pelting stone on the police party and said Madan Sahani could not be apprehended.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31682 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 petitioners are ladies and they do not have criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, le the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,Munger, in Kotwali (Basudeopur) P.S. Case No.93 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
