Mr. Sri Iftekhar Mahmood ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S.Case No. 16 of 2018 registered under Sections 399 and 402 and 414 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only one live cartridge and mobile are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the mobile is his personal mobile and recovery of live cartridge is false moreover petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated other co-accused persons have been admitted to bail by this Court and by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18768 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 26986 of 2018 respectively.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Mohit Kumar Singh, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30723 of 2018(2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018.
