Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamui Adarsh P.S. Case No. 676 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30/30(A) of Bihar Excise Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 375 of liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered from the Tempo and petitioner is said to be the driver of the said Tempo.

District and Sessions Judge-2nd, Jamui, in connection with Jamui Adarsh P.S. Case No. 676 of 2018.
