Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of entering into the Chamber of in-charge, Headmaster of the Middle School, abusing, assaulting and smashing the select lists of scholarship and dress scheme.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation has been levelled since the petitioner was protesting against the illegality committed in preparing the lists of scholarship and dress scheme of the school. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitutes ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22235 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 334 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
