The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 323, 504 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant alleged that while his sons and daughters were returning after Holi festival, the petitioners are alleged to have abused and assaulted his sons. Naseem Miyan and Aslam Ansari are alleged to have abused the informant by naming his caste. There is no specific allegation of abusing the informant against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16920 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi at Patna in Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
