JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners along with others had first assaulted the bailor of the informant and, thereafter, they assaulted the informant also by farsa etc.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that the majority of the injuries are simple in nature. Two of them are grievous in nature but not on vital party of the body rather the same are on the hand of the injured. It is further contended that the daughter of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 was married in the family of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18364 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 informant and the dispute arose therefrom. A case under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code was lodged by the daughter of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2. Thereafter, Annexure 3 was lodged by the petitioners' side. Thereafter, good senses has prevailed between the parties and a compromise petition has also been filed. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Abida Khatoon, Md. Shafique Ansari @ Safik Ansari, Md. Irshad Ansari @ Irslad Ansari and Gulam Moinuddin Ansari @ Gulam Moinuddin, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Majorganj Police Station Case No. 175 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
