The petitioner seeks regular bail in Rahika P.S. Case No.05 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 504, 506, 341, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is of assaulting by knife to the informant repeatedly. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the injuries are found to be simple and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to election dispute and he is in custody for three months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the repeated knife blow, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

No.42929 of 2017 (2) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of three months in custody before the trial court who shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.
